We offer a wide range of metal processing services, so our customers can order cut-to-size material to reduce wastage and shipping costs.
We process bars to required lengths. We cut from as small as 1/8”(3.2mm) and up to 21.25” (540mm) diameter bars with a length tolerance as tight as +/-.01" (0.3mm).
Our saws also cut angles, T-sections, channels, seat tracks, Z-sections, H beams and rolled shapes.
We cut plates from 0.125" (3.2mm) up to 13" (330mm) thick, with the option to utilise automated processes on bulk orders.
We use sheet guillotines which cut sheets between 0.3mm (0.012") and 6.5mm (0.25") in aluminium and between 0.3mm (0.012") and 3.2mm (0.125") in steel, titanium and other metals. We handle sheets up to 8ft wide.
Our bandsaws cut tubes to length, from small diameter tubes, up to large pipes.
We offer an option to plastic coat sheets with 0.002” thick blue plastic to protect them when being cut or transported.
The majority of our sheet stock is already plastic coated but if not, we will be pleased to coat your sheets for you prior to dispatch.
