We offer stainless and alloy steel tubing for aircraft repair and maintenance purposes, often used in aircraft hydraulic systems.
Our stock range of steel and stainless tubes includes:
21-6-9 - stainless steel tube manufactured to specification AMS 5561, having low carbon content and high oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Primarily used in engine components and hydraulics, it is one of the more commonly used steel tubes in aircraft maintenance.
Type 304 - austenitic stainless-steel tubes often utilised in aircraft maintenance and repair. 304 is an alloy known for its strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent formability, produced either annealed or 1/8 hard.
Type 321 - stainless steel tubes with more titanium and carbon content to increase corrosion resistance in hot or cold temperatures, often finding use in engine exhausts and engine MRO applications.
4130 - alloy steel tube, usually manufactured to AMS 6360 or MIL/AMS-T-6736 and one of the widest used grades of steel tube in the aerospace sector. Good weldability and good workability.
